StrataVote is so easy to use you probably won’t need training. Nevertheless we’ll run your staff through using StrataVote and provide all the support you need to get set up and running.

Simple and cost-effective pricing
StrataVote is charged at $3.50 per lot under management per year, usually billed pro-rata on a monthly basis.
There is a minimum portfolio size of 1,000 lots under management and the fee covers hosting, basic support and unlimited meetings.
Substantial volume discounts are available for strata management firms with at least 5,000 lots under management. Please enquire with our sales team.
All new sign-ons incur a once-off $2,500 setup fee which includes us setting up your motions, templates, users, branding and other settings as well as two online training sessions – everything you’ll need to be up and running! If you would like onsite training, enhanced setup/customisation services or a priority support plan, please enquire with our sales team.

StrataVote is Adelaide-based. Our product is fully customised to each individual state’s legislation and for each customer’s templates and processes. We provide unrivalled support for your strata managers so that you and your customers get the most out of your StrataVote experience.
